This module can be integrated with the Project Timesheet Module. It is an operational tool that allows Managers to effectively deligate, track and maintain issues which occur within his scope of work/responsibility. It can also be used to track the issues, concerns and status of clients as well as the relevant actions being taken by the responsible party.
