1. Personal
Both Gulf HR and the clients will appoint their own project team and designated team leaders. Both parties will work jointly to a predefined project plan.

2. Execution
The Gulf HR and Payroll system is installed incrementally using an output driven approach within a reports focus.

3. Documentation
Within each phase, there are key documents produced which record actions, strategies, problems and solutions for referral at a later stage.
